It's no secret that I love taking people out to eat, my girl-friends especially as the food is always important when arranging a girly meet up.
So a two Sunday's ago I took San out for a photo filled, belated birthday dinner at the infamous PF Chang's and to my delight we left with full camera rolls and happy tummy's.
PF Chang's is very well known over in the states and well talked about over here in the UK. I had previously read about them but was sold after seeing their seasonally decorated #BloomRoom on Instagram (check out their Insta stories too!) alongside heap of photos.
We started off our meal trying their infamous Dynamite Shrimp, which wasn't to my liking unfortunately but San loved it!
For our mains we shared two portions of the fried rice, the Mongolian beef and lemongrass lamb chops. All washed down with their #BloomRoom exclusive Sakura Cooler cocktail which we asked Vodka to be added too!
I was really impressed with the textures and flavours of our mains and look forward to returning and trying most dishes as, I feel it may have truly been my best Chinese food to date.
The service was attentive and our waiter Christian even helped me surprise San with a birthday dessert of their Sticky Toffee Pudding which was literally to die for!
The Pan-Asian restaurant have brought in spring in their basement, decked in pink Japanese Sakura flowers also known as cherry blossom's. The setting has been extended until Sunday, 13th May and only bookable via phone call, for 2 guests per table after the hours of 6.30pm so that's this weekends date night sorted folks!
Vibe - Intimate and chilled. I wouldn't say you would necessarily need to overdress but it's well worth it for the pictures, haha!
Munch - Light flavours yet filling.
Triple R - A little on the pricey side, but well worth it. I plan on returning very soon!
