Valentine's Day

So the second month of the new year is fast approaching and February only means one thing - VALENTINE'S DAY!

Valentine's Day screams set menus, sexy lighting and beautifully high ceilings. So I thought it would be cute, and most importantly helpful, to create a list of suggestions for you to take your beau's to for the lovers holiday.

Now if you want quality food on a sensible budget, these are for you:

- Pizza Union for cheap, cheerful and tasty pizza available at various locations, with a glass of wine for as little as £3.20!

- Padella for the pasta lovers seeking a laid back, chilled atmosphere without skimping on quality.

- Flat Iron for my fellow steak lovers seeking a meaty cut, on a budget.

- Flour & Grape, another one for the pasta lovers. Impress your partner by asking the waiter about the food and wine pairing and then thank me later!

- Burger & Lobster, although not as cheap as the restaurants previously mentioned. You can count on Burger & Lobster for reliable, yummy food and cute sharing cocktails.

- Waterfront London, home of river views, shisha and photo ready lighting, on a affordable budget. Special Valentine's menu at £35 per person with welcome glass of Prosecco, read more here.

- The Sipping Room by Drake & Morgan, one of few affordable restaurants located in the beautiful Canary Wharf (aka one of my favourite date locations).

- BlackLock another steak establishment with a individual cocktail list priced at just a fiver!
