Are you, like me, not up for flipping your
own pancakes this year? Well let me help by listing a few niche spots to sit
and have your stack served to you.
So this Saturday I took a trip down to
Bill’s Soho branch, to indulge in some blueberry and buttermilk pancakes served
with banana, strawberries and maple syrup. Bill’s have also created an extended
pancake menu which, will be available tomorrow from 11:45am until
late.
I would rate Bill’s pancakes a 3/5, only
due to the lack of maple syrup and if it wasn’t for the addition of smoked
streaky bacon (you can add for just £1.50) you would be left with the
overpowering taste of quite tart blueberries.
That being said here are my alternatives:
- The Breakfast Club - www.thebreakfastclubcafes.com
- Kua’ Aina - kua-aina.co.uk
- My Old Dutch - www.myolddutch.com
- The Diner - www.goodlifediner.com
The following photos are from Saturday's visit.
I LOVE My Old Dutch! The Kensignton one is round the corner to my office...very dangerous!
